Awesome burgers! I got mine for free for my birthday and I got to pick what one I wanted! So don't forget to sign up for their rewards and try them out... Yummmmm

Burgers were cold, told waitress but she didn't care & didn't offer to fix our order. Not impressed, won't be back anytime soon. The steak fries were good, but waitress never offered to refill our "unlimited" basket of fries.

Good food, but the service needs improvement. We had to ask more then once for condiments and we waited for refills. It was not busy either. I love Red Robin so I will return. I hope the service is better.

The food was awful. We used to love to eat here, but the food has just gotten bad. Service was horrible, orders were wrong, and the food just wasn't good. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Good burgers, but could have more sauce varieties on the tables, so the customer can pour it on their burgers

We had a horrible experience, tonight. We were seated immediately and our waiter came right over to take our drink order, after that the service went horrible. The waitress (the waiter we originally had was leaving) brought our drinks and took our order for our appetizer and then she never returned! The appetizer was brought out by someone else and then nobody came to take our order for around 30 minutes. Then we get a different waitress who brought out our food and she rushed us to pay before we were even done eating. I don’t think we will be ever be back, which sucks because the food is good.

Went in tonight (Friday) and it was relatively dead, had to wait a moment to be seated so that the host could make sure "the table was clean". Ordered and got our warm appetizer (not fresh) and then had to tell another waiter not our waitress that we were ready to order. Got our food. Burgers were so messy that silverware were required. Had to get up to find someone to bring silver ware. Had to ask for a refill. Finally after eating a portion of the disappointing burger we had to ask for our check. Waitress was not great and there were hardly any employees to be found. Will not be back.

I loved Red Robin years ago, but as of late, it has been less than a pleasant experience. Meat is awful. Sweet potatoe fries still good though.

The hamburger was slightly undercooked inside and the bartender/waitress bad busy flirting with two men sitting at bar while we was waiting on refills of our glasses of water, she acted like she was mad and didn't want to serve or pay attention to us cause we had water only and not ordering alcohol. She came round once and at times we was using table machine to cash out.We left no tip for bad service and undercooked hamburger meat.. please cook the inside the hamburger meat like ya did the out side or have the wait staff ask how the customer's would like their hamburger meat cooked which we would have had ours cooked "Well Done" as ya do on a grill. But best over all was the endless homefries

First time going in quite a few years. Pleasantly surprised. Great Service and great food ☺😊

Food was pretty good and customer service was okay. Just want as great as I remembered it being. Feel like its dated and going down hill.

Best sevice ever...party of 17. One server made it feel like I was her only customer. Food great. Will go again

The food was amazing! Xavier, the chef, made "Sear-ously Salmon" for me and I cleaned my plate. The broccoli was just the right firmness, the blackened salmon was out of this world, and the coleslaw garnish was superb! He plated it beautifully. I was really impressed. Thanks Xavier, for an amazing meal!

Delicious burgers, great service, and endless fries! Who could ask for more?? The A1 and Black and Bleu are a couple of my favorites.

Haven't been as yet. But I have been to one on Spokane WA and it was great. Food good service fast and friendly.

Red Robin's is great!! We have been multiple times over the past 5 months and we have gotten the same waitress (Kiera) a few times and she is AMAZING! Jared is another waiter who helped us multiple times since Kiera had a lot of tables and was unavailable at times and he usually did not have to ask and would bring us what we needed when we needed it. Best experience ever and both deserve a great review! We will definitely be back with service and food as great as this, thanks guys!!

I used to love Red Robin, but everytime I have been there in the past two years their buns do not hold up and fall apart and are messy when you try to eat it. I don't get it? There's nothing worse than having the bun fall apart and become soggy before you even get two to three bites in. I even have tried the salmon burgers because of thinking it was just the chicken sandwiches, but nope, it still falls apart. I love the fries but ask them to make them s bit more crispy.

As always, the burgers are awesome! The server we had was extremely attentive to our table's needs, even tho we asked a lot of him!

Food was good however I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen where it was prepared. Surrounding tables and floors were filthy entire meal and watched waitress wipe 7 tables with the same disposable wipe. Hope this helps them get their issues together good food.

Food was alright, diner Staples for the most part. Burgers, fries. The fry sauce/fry seasoning is pretty good and they are bottomless. Service was good. Overall a good, reasonably priced outing.

Hamburgers were terrible tonight everyone's order was done wrong no flavor and dry. Won't be going back. Basically wasted money

I waited to be seated... was seen by multiple employees, never acknowledged. I’ve ordered through door dash several times and it’s never right! I am SO DONE with this location. I will NEVER order or set foot in this location again. Upper Management needs to get involved here desperately!

Poor service, food came late, mixed orders, items that were received were not as written in the menu, kept forgetting items, messed up the checks as well. Server seemed clueless. Really upsetting experience.

I was impressed by a waiter named Jared. I was someone else's table, and he noticed my drink was empty and went out of his way to get another for me. Merci for Red Robin and the support they hire in their community!

Burgers were ok but those bottomless fries are dangerous. Those things are delicious and they just keep coming. If you have a love for fries this spot is a must.

Start off by saying I eat here rarely but when I do usually good burger and zucchini fries are the bomb. I just got done eating here and my burger the paper that seperates the patties was left on my burger. They quickly replaced it and burger was fine I understand mistakes happen. Then what really frustrated me was my bill came at the end with my burger meal being charged on the ticket twice. I understand the speed on replacement with a simple sorry which was fine but to even show that on the reciept is unacceptable let them know and they remove the meal off and thats it. I pay still leave a good tip cause that is who i am but i will think twice before reffering or going myself to this place anytime soon.

Had the burger with an egg on itta along with the garlic fries. Both were great. The sweet tea left a lot to be desired. Therefore, I asked for it to be switched to a soda. The chocolate mountain dessert was terrific! The bartender was our waiter. There were only 2 or 3 tables, but we often had to get his attention for service.

Host had a bad attitude. Slow service. It was my sons birthday server asked if he wanted to be embarrassed we said certainly. Then nothing. We drove 70 miles to come to Red Robin that is what he wanted. Lousy experience won’t be back.food was average nothing special. Also staff standing out front smoking. Just a Bad experience

I have to say this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First we were seated and given no menu and only after 15 minutes and me asking a random waiter (turned out to be our waiter) to bring us a menu, didn't take our drink order till over 25 minutes total of sitting there. Ordered our food, got the side wrong, the chips were close to a dark brown as were the shrimp and cod and chicken strips. The table had a smell to it and the booth we sat at had stains of I'm guessing food on the back cloth part. Looking around the place you can see the sides of seats have not been cleaned and the wooden blinds that are light in color are disgusting and looking as they haven't been cleaned at all, things stuck to them and such. Our server came to refill our drinks as we were asking for our check. For 3 people the price wasn't bad as it was about 50 dollars but the quality was the issue and the service. I will not be back.

I ordered online to-go and showed up at the time selected online and my food was cold. It must be the containers they put the food in because my sweet potatoe fries were soggy and cold.

This was a pick-up order: There was no bacon on the Royal burger, and both orders had such a small portion of fries that I think they just split (less than) one order between them. If this is intended to nudge us to eat in the restaurant for the bottomless fries, not cool. Although it might have been considered if the burger order was correct. As it is, the not-filling meal was disappointingly over-priced. Did I mention they forgot the bacon? That loses its own star.

I usually enjoy my meal everytime I go here today was no exception.. mushroom and swiss with the Angus patty yumm!

We loved this place, great gluten free food, great food, friendly service, great prices we love it.

Great salads here. The fish & chips were cooked just right too. Stephen, my waiter was fantastic and timed the salad, food & drinks to come out just at the right time.

I was rather disappointed. I ordered the guacamole bacon burger. The guacamole was spread so thin I could barely see or taste it. I ordered my burger medium well and it was cooked well and dry. I've gotten better burger from Braum's. The garlic herb fries were flavorful served at room temperature. I can only imagine what they would be like if served hot and fresh. The service is great and the staff frequently checked in with us. If I return it would only be for the house margarita it was excellent!

Bacon burger was fantastic and I love their steak fries!

They charge extra for onion rings and I recieved literally 4 rings...dont waste your time and money here

Tried Red Robin for the first time about a month ago and had a pretty good experience. I was recovering from being sick so my appetite was off and I didn’t get a burger - got a grilled cheese, added onion on it - but tried my husband’s burger which I thought was pretty solid! I liked my grilled cheese, as well. The onion rings were really good, but the fries were pretty meh. Our server was really nice. I would try it again so I can actually have a burger.

Wow!, I can’t believe I paid $35.00 before tip, for 2 burgers, fries and 2 drinks.Food is is marginal at best. Burger wasn’t even hot when I got it. I haven’t been here for a couple of years and now I know why!I don’t know how their still in business. I’d rather go and eat at “The Garage” any day.I would not go back or recommend.

Delicious food and attentive service. Our concern with the place is the extremely slick floors. I personally slipped 3 times walking out despite walking carefully and slowly.

My first experience was a good! BUT last night it was some of worst food I have ever eaten and expensive 2 Bruges 2fries 2beers and 1tea was 46 dollars! We will not be back!

Incredibly good tasting meat. Had the taco burger. The garlic fries were a little dry surprisingly. Pretty good food. Expensive- had I not gotten a gift card I wouldn't have come here.

1st time bad Experience. Bartender didn't stop talking to another employee to say hello or ask if I might like a drink! Shame It was my Birthday
